What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. They enable the basic operation of the website, remember your preferences and – if you allow them – help us analyse website use and measure advertising performance. We also use similar technologies, including tags, pixels and browser local storage.
Which types of cookies do we use?
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies enable the websites to operate and remember your privacy choices. They do not require your consent.
- pomgrad_consent_v2 – stores your analytics and marketing choices; provider: Pomgrad d. d.; domain: .pomgrad.si; duration: 180 days. Because it is set for the shared domain, the same choice applies to all three websites in the same browser and on the same device.
Analytics cookies
We use analytics cookies only with your consent. They help us understand how the websites and their content, links, documents, projects and important buttons are used.
For this purpose we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited:
- _ga – distinguishes visitors; duration: up to 2 years;
- _ga_BT9NY3J9HG – maintains session state for Pomgrad's GA4 measurement; duration: up to 2 years.
We do not send your name, email address, telephone number or the content you enter in a form to analytics or advertising tools. A technical event may be recorded, for example the successful submission of a particular type of form.
Marketing cookies and technologies
We use marketing cookies and technologies only with your consent. They are used to measure advertising performance, attribute actions to advertisements and create audiences for remarketing.
Google Ads – provided by Google Ireland Limited:
- _gcl_* (for example _gcl_aw and _gcl_gs) – stores ad click information and measures conversions; duration: up to 90 days;
- _gcl_ls – a similar browser local-storage entry used to associate an ad click with a conversion.
Meta Pixel – provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited:
- _fbp and _fbc – measure visits, contact actions and successful enquiries and support audience creation; duration: up to 90 days.
LinkedIn Insight Tag – provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company:
- li_fat_id – conversion measurement, analytics and retargeting; duration: 30 days;
- li_giant – conversion measurement; duration: 7 days;
- oribi_cookie_test – checks whether tracking can be enabled; duration: session;
- oribili_user_guid – counts unique visitors; duration: 1 year;
- ln_or – checks whether analytics can be enabled; duration: 1 day;
- ar_debug – supports attribution measurement; duration: session.
Depending on sign-in status and browser settings, LinkedIn may also use the following cookies on its own domains: bcookie and bscookie (1 year), JSESSIONID and lang (session), lidc (24 hours), li_gc and li_mc (6 months), UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, lms_ads and lms_analytics (30 days), and li_sugr (90 days).
Job applications are not recorded as marketing enquiries.
Tag management and your choices
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags listed above centrally. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates the state of your choice to Google services. If you do not allow analytics or marketing cookies, cookies for those purposes are not stored. Google may receive limited cookieless signals used for modelled measurement. Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag do not load without marketing consent.
On your first visit, you can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies or configure your preferences in more detail. You can change your choice at any time using the permanently available Cookie settings icon.
After consent is withdrawn, further optional tracking stops. We attempt to remove cookies that can technically be deleted by the website. You can remove any remaining cookies in your browser settings.
Providers, data processing and transfers
Depending on the selected service, providers may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, an IP address, visited pages, event time, source of the visit and information about an action performed. The providers listed above may also process data outside the European Economic Area, using the data-protection mechanisms described in their privacy notices.
- Google Privacy Policy and information about Google's cookies;
- Meta Privacy Policy;
- LinkedIn Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Cookie Table.
Your rights and contact details
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing. You can send your request to info@pomgrad.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when new cookies or tracking technologies are introduced or when their use changes materially.
