- perform safety measures to ensure a continuous reduction of risk for injuries or health damage to workers, and provide a safe and friendly environment to the workers;
- use appropriate work equipment and means for work that ensure safe work;
- offer a theoretical and practical education to the workers about the methods of performing their work safely, and educate them on hazards in the workplace, risks, safety measures, duties, and responsibilities in order to ensure health and safety at work;
- we perform and maintain processes for worker counseling and enable the cooperation of workers during measures for the improvement of the health and safety at work system
- perform activities to ensure a continuous improvement of the work environment within the framework of the yearly plan for health and safety at work;
- employ only medically appropriate workers and periodically check their health;
- monitor the safety of the work environment with periodical evaluations of the work environment;
- reduce noise pollution in the work environment by providing proper work equipment and regular maintenance;
- provide the workers with suitable personal protective gear and means that protect against the harmful impacts of the work environment;
- establish the causes of injuries, health damage, and occupational diseases of workers, to check the hazards present in the work environment and ensure their elimination or reduction to the lowest possible risk level;
- regularly monitor and supplement the Safety Statement with a risk assessment in the case of a change in the company;
- we diligently follow safety measures laid down in the Statement on the Security with Risk Assessment and the deadlines for implementing safety measures and report on their implementation,
- instil the feeling of responsibility and duty of all individuals to familiarise themselves with the Health and Safety at Work Policy and to always implement it in their work with the intention of reaching the set goals and programmes in the field of safety and health at work;
- use safe technologies and work conditions by continuously following legal requirements and act in accordance with legal and other requirements;
- continuously inform interested clients and their representatives about the company's activities, policy, and goals in the field of health and safety at work;
- keep the policy a public document and available to the public, and ensure that it is performed, maintained, and periodically reviewed in terms of its relevancy and appropriateness.
